No refunds will be given for your misconduct.
CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS:
Please be aware I require a $100 deposit for all new clients, or those that have given me reason to believe in the past that you are not serious about booking time with me. I have most major bank accounts or accept Wise transfers for international visitors. This needs to clear prior to me organising time to see you. Deposits are non-refundable as this is a small cover for my time and potentially losing out on other business if you cancel.
If you cancel within 1 hour of our scheduled booking time, no show, or cancel as soon as I give you my address, please be aware you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. If you choose to not pay this on the day, you will need to pay it as a deposit prior to seeing me again, if you try to re-book. My usual rates will then apply on top of this, payable in cash upon arrival. If you need to cancel, your deposit can be reserved, if you are able to commit to a time and re-book within 24 hours of our original booking time. Outside of this time, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
