All prices include Government GST.
Your credit card will not be re-charged on expiry of your paid term.
Payments for the Members Lounge on your credit card statement will show your transaction as "NZ Traders"
For international credit card transactions, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
All information provided to Newzealandgirls.co.nz by users, members and advertisers is used solely for the intended purpose and will not be distributed for free, sold or rented out to third parties without permission from the user, member or advertiser.

I, the advertiser agree to and understand that any photographs, text written, video or other content supplied to New Zealand Girls, either by myself or by their photographers for the purpose to advertise my services will be the property of newzealandgirls.co.nz and they will hold the copyright of this material and will take all efforts to protect this copyright. It is agreed that this material can only be used on New Zealand Girls or any of their associated websites with the intention to advertise and promote me, the advertiser, as per my instructions. I am aware that if I request, NZGirls will remove any or all of my photos, text or videos from their web site within 8 hours and that none of my material will ever be given to a third party without my permission.
I also agree and understand that the photographers listed on the New Zealand Girls website work exclusively to them, therefore it is acknowledged that any photos taken by them are exclusive to newzealandgirls, they will own the copyright and if found being used on other websites, this would be a breach and understand that my ad could be removed from their site.
The graphical material, logos, pictures and content of New Zealand Girls and all related websites are copyrighted and protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited. All New Zealand Girls services, logos, publications, trademarks, service marks, software and formats is the property of New Zealand Girls and is not to be reproduced in any way without the written consent of New Zealand Girls executive Management.
